We're in the process of trying to get the IATS agreement approved by our financial dept so we can get online giving set up. Our decision makers are suspicious about the wording of the agreement and I'm looking to find someone who can reassure them that the agreement is sound. Specifically, they're worried about the two-way access to our account by Ticketmaster and the apparently unconstricted nature of their fees.
