    Positive Pay

Does anyone use secure pay third party software to prepare files for transmition of check issues to the bank for positive pay service? Thanks for any feedback! Teresa Owen [Email Removed]

We have been using Positive Pay for almost 2 years, but I do not use any special software to prepare the file. I use an export in Accounts Payable 7 and modify the resulting .csv file to the format our bank accepts. Then I import the file to our bank website.

We do the same the thing. We have been doing positive pay for about 4 years. We have caught several attempts to cash forged documents on our account.

We use a software called SecurePay by AcuPrint. It is fairly easy to use, and we have stopped a couple of changed items since we implemented the system (about 2 years ago).

Hi, We use a software called 'secure pay' http://www.acuprint.com/positivepay/index.html  This software was provided by Citibank and it was free (depending on your ending balance). It very good. It take the export out AP, massages the data and prepares it to be uploaded to the bank's website. Really easy to do. Hope this helps, Mauricio Zegarra

A company we use for lots of Blackbaud / web integrations also has a Positive Pay solution that integrates directly into FE as a plugin, meaning there is no need for setting up an export, exporting, massaging data, and then importing into another application. It just creates your Positive Pay files for you from FE based on the checks you've created since last time and remembers which check number to start with next time. http://www.pos-pay.com
