    unable to import phones and addr. for relations in Registrar's Office

    I am in the process of bringing demographics for students and relations from Student Billing to Registrar's Office. I have successfully transferred Student demographics and relations names. Now I am TRYING to import phones and addresses for relations and I can't make it work. Has anyone figured out how to do this?
