    Pledges/Pledge payments in the GL

    I am just beginning to post my payments from Raisers Edge to the General Ledger. I have noticed a pledge payment does not record on the project. Can you tell me how any of you have that set up.

    Did you run a balance sheet to see that the pledge payment reduced the pledge and increased cash?

    In RE "financial reports" run an "account distribution report" on the fund and date. this should tell you how it posted from RE to FE. you can then check it against the FE report referenced in first reply.
