I am relatively new to my job and the woman I replaced gave me no training on how to handle workplace giving. So, I am winging it. Can anyone advise me as to how you handle it? Is there anywhere to go for a good reference in how to know what exactly gets soft-credited and what doesn't? How often I should acknowledge UW or other agency donations?
