    SAT Scores

Does anybody use the Test Scores part of Registrar's office? I recently imported them in and put them on my transcripts, but I'm having trouble with formatting. When you put test scores on the Details tab, it puts the test scores with the corresponding year but I want the test scores to be all together at the end of the transcript. I tried putting the test scores in the summary page, but that didn't work because of the width (it's different for every student). Any ideas?????

We add them in the Freeform area of the transcript. It keeps them together at the bottom

When you add them as a freeform note you cannot use the information, meaning you cannont query it to formulate any testing statistical information. I've asked blackbaud about it and was told that it can only be tied to the year. I think it makes the transcript too convoluted. I want them at the end as well. So if anyone has a solution.... or maybe we all need to make sure Blackbaud takes it as a suggestion for the next upgrade!

This spring we expanded Blackbaud's Transcripts reports to become more of an Academic Summary. In one of them, I used a second Details line when creating a transcript and configured it to include specific test types and sub types. I included test dates, scores and percentiles. With the exception of the dates, it worked great (case pending with Blackbaud) Take a look at Transcripts in Education Edge 7.6 under Grades-Administrative Tasks-Transcripts and play with the canned report. After some tweaking, our Netclassroom transcript for parents includes grades, absences, activities and community service by academic years.
