Is there anyone out there who shares data with third-party vendors (i.e., a credit card company that makes special offers to graduates)? If so, I'm interested in what steps your organization takes to protect the data you share. Did you draw up a Confidentiality Agreement? What specifics should I cover in an Agreement to be sure that my organization's data is used in the manner we deem necessary? Thanks in advance for any advice shared!
