I am looking for the most efficient way to import Salutations and addressees. I thought there was a way to do it wherein a number value was assigned to each text choice, rather than having to key in the text for each entry. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Ms. Ewing, I've done this before using the numbers as you said. But you need to know what number corresponds to what add/sal. To get the numbers: a) Go into Configuration b) Select Addressees/Salutations c) Bring up the File menu and choose Print Add/Sal report. This will print all add/sal definitions along with their numbers. Then plug the appropriate numbers into your import file.
