We want to put our student contracts on BB. We can not student bill until we have a signed contract. Tech support says that we do not have the ability to do a sales quote or contract in student billing which we could then change to a bill when the contract comes back signed. This takes place after we receive the deposit. How is everyone else doing their student contracts? I was planning on using the Admissions financial aid tab in combination with Crystal Reports. We have a tuition charge, a bus charge, financial aid rewards, scholarships awards, deposits received, etc. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Our Admissions Office sends out the Enrollment Contract, Bus Contract and Food Contract along with a letter showing the Tuition and Payment Plans. When the Enrollment Contract comes in with the Advance Tuition Deposit they send it to us in Accounting. We set up the student and relationships in Student Billing process the ATD, add the charges to the account and send out the first statement.

How are you creating the enrollment contract in the BB Admissions software? Are you utilizing mail merge or Crystal Reports? Are you just using Microsoft Word with no integration at all with BB?
