We use Tuition Management Services as our payment processor. We've just converted from a local system to SB7. How do you identify the amount 'budgeted' by the family to pay through the 3rd party and keep it separate from the total amount billed? - thought was to either: have the TMS be an organization 'responsible' for that amount; or have the 'payor' on record with the TMS organization be responsible for the amount while the balance would be the responsibility of the student.
