We have Registrar's Office 6 only. How can we mark an Active student as Enrolled for the following school year and still have him active to produce reports/queries etc. this year?

When we give incoming freshman the status of enrolled we keep their grade as grade 8. We can then querie on "status enrolled" and Grade 8. We continually update this query so that we always have a complete list of those students, who applied, were accepted, and who sent in their registration fee. For a few years we added a grade level "registered" so we didn't get confused with those applicants in grade 8 who were still pending. Hope this helps. Tena Dorsey Padua Franciscan High School
