I am trying to integrate RMS and PC Charge Express. I have set them both up and can process a credit card from the PC Charge Express software, but when I try to process the credit card in RMS, I receive a "User Not Found" error. I have been through all the steps recommened in the KB database on the Blackbaud website, and have searched the Microsoft KB as well. I have the cashier id set to 1 in PC Charge, and the register set to 1 in RMS(we only have 1 register). Does anyone have any other thoughts/ideas/suggestions as to what I might try?
