The museum I'm working with uses ProVenue Max for ticketing. On www.blackbaud.com I’ve seen documentation for software that exchanges data between PVM and Raiser’s Edge. Is anyone out there currently using this interface? I tried to ask sales at BB about the module and we wound up playing telephone tag. Their reply was that they don’t sell an interface to PASS (is PVM just a newer name for PASS or are they two different products?) and you just have to use their API to develop something on your own.
