Choosing when indexes are added when refreshing a datamart

I've created a datamart with a couple of staging tables which I use to build subsequent tables. Currently, all the indexes are added at the end of refreshing all of the tables but I would like to have the indexes added at the end of each table. Is there a way to tell TIE to do this?
