We are having discussions deciding how to list pledges in the annual report. Examples: A longtime donor is upset that her pledge payments are not counting towards her yearly totals, so we want to honor that. Also, if someone makes a pledge of say, 70K over two years, we want to recognize them for the 70K, not just the two 35K payments. How do other people handle multiyear pledges and payments? I'd love any input or opinions on why this honoring pledges and susequent payments too would or wouldn't work...
