On the Add an Invoice screen for the due date and post date there seems to be only 2 options for the default date - either blank or todays date. Does anyone know if there is a way to set up a 3 third default date which is user defined? Thanx.............

I don't believe there is a way to change that in the 6.x version. However in the 7.x version they have added some additional options. To the due date defaults they have also given it the option to pick up the invoice date or based on terms. To the post date they have given it the option to pick up the invoice date, due date, or end of period date. So you could set it up so you only have to enter the invoice date and the due date and post date would use appropriate defaults. Brian Walker CBIZ of Orange County
