We need several Crystal reports that let us sort by advisor last name and we also need reports that show us class names or descriptions rather than the class ID. Does anyone have any tips on how to link the tables that contain these fields to the student tables? We're tried a bunch of things and while we get most of what we want by exporting from the Report Card & Transcripts module, there are some basic parts which are missing. When we export from the Export module we also get most of what we want but not everything. We are very frustrated not to be able to get what we think is basic information all from a single export. We've tried multiple exports but then can't find a way to link the tables properly in Crystal. Thanks. Barbara Prine Kingswood-Oxford School
