    I know this must be easy and there must be a way but I can't seem to find it. How do you get RE Mail to mail to the contacts but still include the organization name? I have the mail set up to send to contacts so that the contact name comes up, but when the letter merges it is John Doe 1234 Main St not John Doe CEO XZY Corp. 1234 Main. Any thoughts?     It's only easy when you know the answer!

    RE7, in the Organisation record, goto the contacts record - bottom left of screen - insert a tick in "Print organisation name with address".

    RE6 has a similar entry but I can't remember where.
