Is anyone else using an online software to process credit card payments monthly for tuition? If so how are you getting that information into your Student Billing system. Are you going through and reentering all of the transactions as receipts in a deposit? Some other way that is more efficient?

We have been using PC ChargePro for the past two years to process credit card transactions for tuition and our development office. It works very well. However, it is not integrated with Blackbaud. We post our receipts just as we would any cash or check payment When we enter into student billing, we reference the type of payment drop down and select credit card and then reference the credit card used.
