I am having trouble exporting my segmentation data. It appears to be producing duplicate records. Has anyone else experienced this and if so can you help? Thanks

I had this happen once. It occurred as TIE encountered a problem when activating the segmentation and the records added did not get rolled back. When I then reactivated the segmentation, all of the records we re-added. If this is the same problem you have, it is fixed in a patch (BB184160) but until then recreating the segmentation from scratch should work. --- Edited at 8/11/2005 3:42:46 AM by Scott Fortnum
