I originally just hit the reply on my email to answer this question. I just now realized my answer did not get posted. Apologies for not following protocol. We provide various human services in Northern Nevada. Lots of programs for 'qualified' (read that as mostly low income) clients including: Family counseling, community education (parenting classes), pre-school literacy readiness, youth outreach, childcare subsidies, childcare quality improvement programs, basic computer skills for back-to-work programs, and free tax prep for Earned Income Tax and Child Tax Credits.
