    has anyone had problems with comments vanishing? i was working with a teached last night and we saved all of her comments for the end of the marking period and this morning they were gone. anyone else having this problem? Lyle M. Hennicke Database Specialist Laurel School

    We had it numerous times last year. However, after doing a lot of tweaking directed by Blackbaud and upgrading to new versions of AO/RO and FAWEB, the problem ceased. What versions are you running and have you contacted support about the issue? Barbara Prine Kingswood-Oxford School
