    Mission Statements

We are a small Foundation raising money for a small rural hospital. Would anyone be willing to share their mission statement with us? We are attempting to revise our lengthy one into a smaller, more focused statement. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you Thank you, Helen MaCauley

We revised ours several years ago and it's short and sweet and tells exactly what our mission is. To promote and facilitate charitable giving in exclusive support of the mission of Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Hillary Murphy Phoebe Foundation Phoebe Putney Health System www.phoebeputney.com

    Mission Statements

I work with the Boys & Girls Clubs, our mission statement is fairly lengthly as well. We review it generally on an annual basis and have decided to keep it because we feel like it really is the best statement about who we are. The only thing that I would suggest when in revisiting your mission statement is to remember that your mission is who you are and what you do. We also have a vision statement.
