I want to track the enrollment/re-enrollment status of my applicants/students in SAWIN - specifically I want to be able to see whether an enrollment contract has been received, whether or not it was completed accurately, and whether or not a deposit was received. What is the best way to do this? We do not use the Student Billing module currently.

Vicki: We open an attribute and call it Registration Fee. Then we query on the attribute to find out who has paid and is registered/re-registered.

We do this in actions. The action type is enrollment contract. Any necessary information can be entered. The action status is closed when completed.
