We have completed the first phase of a 2 part campaign. Some of the pledges will be paid in full this year. We would like to if possible have these donors extend/continue with the same terms as their original pledge. Does anyone out there do that? If so can you tell me how you do it effectively? We have not pursued pledge renewal since we started with RE, but did do in a prior campaign.  We were working on a wrap-up match and asked donors to extend their pledges.  We were working at the time with major donors so most of the contacts were made in person from a list we generated about their pledges. 

You should be able to generate a list in RE of those with $0 balance on pledge or last installment due 2010 etc.  If you are looking at a mailing you can pull info about their payment schedule.  Haven't tried it but don't know why it wouldn't work.
