Has anyone had a trainer come onsite to teach the faculty and administrators how to use the program?

No....we found it unnecessary. We developed a set of instructions and offered small group sessions for those who wanted a demonstration. But many just read the instructions and figured it out. Barbara Prine Kingswood-Oxford School

We also did not have a trainer come. We first put 5 computer savy teachers on the program to test it out for 2 weeks. Then we held a training session for all faculty and had hand-outs with instructions that had been proofed by our beta testing teachers. FAWeb is not a difficult gradebook program and the teachers did well after they overcame their fear of the unknown.

How do the teachers like using the Faculty Access Gradebook for the web as opposed to something like Gradequick?
