Hi all.

I have had many requests for my procedures manual since my original post last fall. My manual is many individual documents, some are general in nature and others relate to my organization. I have grouped and zipped the more general procedures for easy distribution to those who have requested a copy. I have been informed that Blackbaud can accept zipped files for posting to the shared document folder, so I am creating a new thread and attaching per Doug Clintons request.

I'll be attaching one zipped file per post, and will specify in the subject line the nature of the file.
