My boss has expressed an interest in moving to e-mail reminders instead of printed ones. Is anyone doing this? If yes, were you able to set-up a custom reminder? What format do your reminders go our in, Word or PDF? Can we automate this so all of the e-mails go out at once, with the appropriate reminder attached, through NetMail or will each one have to be sent individually? Any input from others experiences would be greatly appreicated.
