    Hello,

Attached is my organization's RE User manual. It is a work in progress and I welcome any feedback/constructive criticism.

    Thanks,
    Brian

This document is fantastic! I am embarking on a similar task at my institution - something to provite to new users when they join our team.It is very helpful to have a summary document such as this to access when questions arise.

Thanks! Blackbaud has published a good Raiser's Edge for Beginners document that covers many of the RE basic how-to's. That is a nice document to make use of in addition to a manual that covers your organization's specific business rules.
