    Gift Batch validation report

    Hi All, We have recently increased the size of our gift processing team temporarily to over 15 people. I'd like to be able to print/view the gift batch validation report to implement a review process. However, the address block will not appear on the report. Is there a way to include it? I would like to have the new constituents and gifts reviewed before the gifts are committed to the database. I'm open to suggestions for other ways to achieve this. Thanks! Charles

    Charles,

    Have you tried a Gift Detail Report? This report allows addresses. Do you create a gift query after posting a batch? If so, you use a gift query to refine the report to specific batch.

    Hi Charles,

    We use the validation report, correspondence and Constituent View Window to check our data entry team.  We can compare instantly what is on the hard copy correspondence to what has been entered and appears on the computer screen.
