Has anyone else had any problems with the way Org records are created in NetCommunity? We are new to NetCommunity and currently what happens is this: When a donor makes a gift on behalf of a company - First we link the individual to new or existing record in RE. Then we link the Org name to a new or existing record in RE. If a new record needs to be created, the address information does not link. Once all that is done, the gift is automatically put on the org record with no address. In the meantime, the official income tax receipt has already been issued to the Org with no address. We are located in Canada and per Canada Revenue Agency the full name and address must appear on the receipt?
Has anyone else come upon this as a problem? Any help would be appreciated.
