    Job Description: 

    Strategically supports program and regional development.Adds value to operations through matching of technical support and resources to enhance quality of program operations. Oversees reporting in The Raiser's Edge, The Financial Edge and the Microsoft Applications.
    Develops strategic plans consistent with SRHS Foundation's mission and overall framework including: Budget, External consulting service support, Program monitoring and review plan
    Oversees progress on spending and impact against agreements, contracts and work plans on a quarterly, fiscal year and life or program basis.
    Actively monitors implementation activities, impact, burn rates, deliverables, policy and procedures, and conformance with the funding agreements.
    Supervises finance, internal and external grants, contracts, support staff and contributes to performance evaluation of development staff.
    Trains operations staff on how to effectively support their field operations, analyze progress, and execute job duties.
    Reviews performance of all operations and support staff and contributes feedback on performance for approval of the Vice President/Executive Director.
    Ensures compliance with SHRS policies and donor regulations.
    Liaisons and coordinates with the Development staff on new program developments and strategies to ensure long term development presence in the Upstate.
    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
     Required:  BS/BA required    Preferred:  

    CPA or MBA

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
     Required:  5+ years of experience. Demonstrated leadership and vision in management   Preferred:     
    CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES and/or REGISTRATIONS
     Required:       Preferred:  CPA or similar certification/credentials
