    Identifying planned gift constituents

Does anyone have a solution to finding potential planned gift constituents in Raiser's Edge in order to implement a planned gift program?  We've started with constituents who have a consecutive giving history of 10 years plus.

I have done a search on the Knowledge Base and Blackbaud Analytic service comes up.  We want to try to do this ourselves instead of paying for another BlackBaud service.

We used a similar method - 7 gifts in 10 years.  Also, if you have access to birthdates you can use age (shaky handwriting on a check is also usually an indication of age).  We use a combination of both donor history and age.

We use a combination of things:

Age (65+) Ever given a gift of stock or IRA, 5 or more consecutive years, last 5 years of giving level clubs of $1K+, Board Members - we also had analytics done at one point and if they had a planed giving score of 800+ they are in there as well.

    We use many different ways:

     We use class year

    Retirees

    Age

Giving history either consistent giving or the prospect stops giving because of limited income in retirement

    Self-Identification
