    SB Statements in NetClassroom

Has anyone moved to posting SB statements to NetClassroom? Any advice or recommendations for doing so?

I started posting statements to Netclassroom three months ago and love it.  Wish I had considered doing so sooner.  It is so easy and such a time saver. Most of all with a school our size (1,000 students, over 650 families) the savings in postage and the elimination of printing statements, envelopes and remittance envelopes has been well worth doing it this way. In these tough economic times, every dime saved helps.

Hi, Joyce, my name is Alma Gutierrez and I work at Wichita Collegiate School in Wichita, KS, my question is what is Netclassroom and how can I find out more about it.  We are still in the old ages and mail out statements each month.  Help!!

We tried but found that parents need an email to tell them the statement is available. Then many asked why we weren't just emailing the statement instead of emailing them to tell them to log in to get the statement. We purchased Bill-O-Matic and now everyone is happy.

We do send out an e-blast to tell parents that their statement is available for viewing.  I haven't heard of Bill-O-Matic. Can you tell me more about it?

I want to use  netclassroom but how does it with current students  enrolling into classes for next semester, i am looking for a way where they enroll for classes and then they have the option to pay their statement right away.
