I am looking to use the volunteer module to record the volunteer hours by year or by service worked.  Currently we just have the total accumulated hours entered for each volunteer. We would like to start entering total hours at some point going foward by total for each volunteer by year or totals by job services worked each year.  Is anyone doing this and if so, what do you use for reporting or exporting to get totals by year, by job service, by volunteer with total accumulative hours? 

Carol - Reporting in the Volunteer module STINKS! We've been asking BB for YEARS to give us the capability of exporting total hours worked....as I'm sure you've noticed, you can't!?  We currently enter all hours worked by volunteers on a weekly basis. We have over 1000 active volunteers each month, so we couldn't wait to do it annually. All our volunteer reporting is done through custom Crystal Reports. Very complex process.
