    Good morning!  I would like to know if any of you is using the MIP Sage Fund Accounting Program and if you do?  How are you transfering the pledges and pledge payments.  Do you include the gift type in your export.  Also, where are you adding your accounts number in Raiser's Edge?  Are you using the Fund ID.

    Hi-

    Our Finance Department uses MIP, and for pledges we create a pledge activity and a new pledge report. Finance I believe manually adjusts in MIP as needed from that.

     

    For The account numbers-- we use the FUND DESCRIPTION, because our accnt numbers are too long for the Fund ID. We name the fund in the Fund ID field..
