Hello all, I've been having some trouble figuring out why Raiser's Edge is no longer tracking the NetCommunity emails. We've tried restarting the server like the Knowledgebase said to restore the tracking but it has not worked. For about two months, in the initial use of the program it was tracking and then just suddenly stopped. It is a bit frustrating trying to run reports on this information without it being tracked. Any ideas or suggestions?
