    Leadership Circle Manager  Note: Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge is required. KCTS 9 is the largest public television station in the Pacific Northwest, reaching over 2 million viewers weekly in Washington and British Columbia. Located in the heart of Seattle at Seattle Center, KCTS 9 improves the quality of life in the communities we serve by providing meaningful programming on air, online and in the community that informs, involves and inspires. KCTS 9 seeks a full-time Leadership Circle Manager to cultivate donors and advance giving along the continuum to enable KCTS 9 reach more people, build a strong organization and make a positive impact in the community.  Working with the VP of Development, this position develops and implements strategies to acquire, upgrade and retain donors of $1,000 and above for the Leadership Giving program, including planning, implementation and evaluation of fundraising operations and special projects.  This position manages a portfolio of prospective Leadership Giving donors, and is responsible for promotion and communications (on-air, print and online) for Leadership Giving, and works closely with volunteer leaders supporting the development effort.  If you have a passion for our mission along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, are highly organized and results focused, and enjoy taking the initiative on projects please consider KCTS 9.   A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; 5 years experience in fundraising; and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research and Raiser’s Edge required.   Complete job description is located at http://www.kcts9.org Our generous benefit package includes the following for employees working 20 hours or more per week: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan with a company match, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Employee Assistance Plan, Travel Assistance Services, pre-tax deductions for transit and parking passes, 10 company paid holidays. Domestic partners are also eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage. TO APPLY:   Qualified candidates please submit a cover letter and resume and apply online at:
