Confused [8-)] how to email from an alternate Outlook mailbox

Until now, I have been emailing individual constituents from their records on a one at a time basis through my personal work address (the default mailbox in Outlook) by selecting the email icon from the Constituent drop down menu, which then opens an Outlook email to be written and sent, after which it is attached as an action to the constituent's record.

We are gearing up to do mass mailings, like epostcards, where we do not want my return address on every email that goes out. Therefore we have set up an alternate Outlook mailbox (we are networked via MS Exchange so myself and another employee are set up with the alternate mailbox) for email sent that requires no reply.

I highlighted the Outlook alternate mailbox, and from the RE7 constituent test record sent myself an email. It arrived in my default mailbox, which was fine, but the return address was my default email address, not the alternate email which I wanted it to be.

What settings do I need to make so I can choose which Outlook mailbox to send email from?

    TIA!
