    Hello!  I am in need of sample Policies and Procedures Manuals.  I need to develop procedures for two agencies under one parent company.  Each agency has its own way of doing things and I need to create one system for both!  Help!

    I am also looking for something similar....not quite an actual sample because there are plenty of those in the Shared Client Documents, but really an outline of what should be included.
