On Tuesday, November 10 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. ET, we are having a Support Seminar and live Q&A session called "Accounts Payable End-of-Year Support Roundtable." Josh Grabia, a Financial Edge Support Specialist, will give an overview of the end-of-year process, including running end-of-year reports, setting up vendors to track 1099 activity, creating 1099 forms, and making 1099 adjustments. After each section, there will be time for your questions!
UPDATE: Due to an overwhelming response for this session we have closed registration. We are in the process of scheduling future Accounts Payable End-of-Year Support Roundtable sessions and will post the date, time, and registration link as soon as they are available.
If you voted in the original poll or posted your interest on this thread, you should have received an email with the registration information. If you did not receive the email, please email Jennifer Maroney

Hey Doris,
That's awesome that you're interested in the seminar. Please vote in the poll above to let us know if you would like to attend the roundtable on November 10 or a future session. When you vote your email address is recorded and we'll use that list to contact you with the meeting details.

The September "Ledger" says it's on Thursday, Nov. 12 from 2 to 4. I could use it, either day.

Yes, a refresher would be helpful!!
Hello Marcia,
The date and time listed in The Ledger was incorrect. The AP Roundtable is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10 from 2:00 -3:00 ET. We are also hosting a PY End-of-Year Roundtable, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 ET. Sorry for any confusion.
Hey Cathy,
I'm glad to hear you're interested in an end-of-year refresher. Please make sure you vote to let us know if you can attend the session on Nov. 10 or prefer a future session.
Thanks,
Due to the overwhelming response to attend the AP End-of-Year Roundtable, we've decided to remove the cap and allow everyone interested to attend. Thanks for all of your interest!
Dear BlackBaud rep:
I am interesetd in your A/P End-of-year support roundtable, but I cannot attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays this semester. Do you have any of these sessions that will be held on Monday, Wednesday or Friday? My boss would like me to attend an informational session on 1099s for processing at year end. Plus, I also need to know more about the end-of-year process. I am available all day Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but I am only available from 8:30am - 1:30pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. Please let me know if there is something available. Thanks so much!
Deanne Foy
Hey Deanne,
Thanks for your post and interest in the end-of-year roundtables. We'll definitely schedule more sessions in December and January, but I do not have a list of the dates yet. Once they are scheduled, we'll email you and anyone else that voted to attend a future session with the dates and times. We will also post the additional sessions here on the forums so make sure you're subscribed to receive forum emails. To subscribe, click Forum Subscriptions in the right sidebar Shortcuts box and click No to change the option to Yes for Accounts Payable.

Jennifer,
I voted that I was "unable to attend" becuase I thought it conflicted with the Payroll End-of-Year Roundtable. I see that the AP Roundtable has been moved to November 10, but I am unable to change my vote. Could you please see that someone sends me a follow-up e-mail for the AP Roundtable, I would very much like to attend.
Thanks!!
