    limit appeal letters

We are looking for the best way to limit appeal letters for some constituents to once annually.  We do between 4 and 8 appeals each year, and we have some constituents who would like to receive only one per year.  Any ideas based on your experience will be helpful.

    Re: limit appeal letters

I've created a "solicit 1x" solicitation code.  I leave these people in our first big mailing of the fiscal year, then remove them from every subsequent mailing.  I've been doing this for several years and it works well.

We also use a Solicit Code called Annual Solicit Only; they are excluded from segments all year & included in our Holiday mailing.
