We had an Action Track that was originally assigned to 271 Constituents.  However, that Track is now only assigned to 109 of those Constituents.  So far, I haven't been able to find any rhyme or reason as to why these Constituents are no longer assigned to the track.  It does not seem to be the case that all of these 109 have had the track completed.  Does anyone know if certain kinds of imports or other global actions might inadvertently cause Constituents to be removed from an Action Track?
