    Invalid File Format

I am on RE 7.81.1334.4 and using the Admin - Import Standing Orders. The download fromm Barclay's is fine, but whatever I try I keep getting the same error message Invalid Standing Order File Format. I have removed all the commas and the file is saved as a csv file after I have the column formats. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

    Re: Invalid File Format

    Hi ,

It is bit tricky but not difficult. You need to customise the downloaded datafile to your import format. My suggestion is, you save the datafile as text file rather than csv and make sure there is no blank rows at the bottom of the text file. Simply place the mouse at the very bottom you can go in the text file and drag it covering all the blank spaces you can and delete it. Then, keep your cursor at the very last charatcter of the last row and press enter/return key once. This should do the trick.

    Good Luck
