We recently installed Papersave into out very stable FE environment, and we are now experiencing major problems.  I am hoping someone else out there has had the same issues (well, actually, I am hoping if you had them, you also solved them :)

 We run FE 7.78 on Citrix 4.5 RP3 on Windows 2003. We operate in both seamless window, and published desktops.  Errors occur in both cases.

We have a dedicated SQL server just for accounting systems, including papersave (FE, Advanced Budgeting, Papersave)

When using FE and papersave, we routinely get errors in the PS_FE_HI_Listener.exe program while scanning documents.  Papersave thinks this may be a TWAIN issue in citrix, but is unsure.  We use the recommended Xerox 152 scanners. Whenever we open any program to test access to the scanner in citrix, evertyhing works fine.  Papersave will acquire a handful of images, and fail.  Some days, no errors at all, others every other document.  If it is a citrix issues, the only thing I can think of would possibly the servers get the scanners mixed up between sessions (all of 3 scanners in use).  We run two servers for our accounting department, and both servers produce the errors.

Any insight or advise on where to begin looking will be greatly appriciated.  I'm stumped, papersave, while being responsive and curtious hasn't provided much help, and accounting is getting frustrated.
