    Changing data on multple results

Is there a way to change multple entries at once after a quary. For instance, I can do a quary that searches for all the entries that were mislabeled but in order to correct them, I have to go through each one. I was hoping I could somehow highlight them all and change them all at once. Is there a feature like this, it would save me a lot of time, thanks!

If your user rights give you access to Admin >> Global Change, that will work great.  There are a few fields you can't change that way.  Be very sure you pick your query for what records to change so you don't change them all.  If you can give more specifics on what type of field you desire to change data in, may be able to give more specific help.  You can chose 'replace' enter old data, enter new data, check 'overwrite existing' and you would be about there.

General alert - once changed, can not be un-done.  I generally recommend checking the create query of changed and query of exceptions boxes also.  Just a safety in case something goes wrong.
