Hi, we have an education series that is 8 weeks long, one class every week. I don't see the point of being able to set this up as a schedule but then I can only mark them attended once, but oh well.
I'm wondering if you would recommend creating 8 seperate events grouped together to mark weekly attendance, or if there is some other attribute/action method you would use. We currently don't use actions very much (basically just for noting the occassional email) so I'd need some detailed instructions on how to do this.
Okay sorry - I finally found the knowledge base solution for this - to add a participant attribute of attended and manually update it every week with a different date. However it seems that you can't globally update an attribute the way you can with "attended" or other fields. It would be a pain to go into all 50 or more records every week to add this attribute. I guess I'm now wondering if there is a way to track this that would be faster.
What do other people do for this type of situation?
