We are new to RE from ResultsPlus. We had an event in July and sold tickets. We recorded the tickets in benefits, but now that I am trying to get a report to give me the total tickets sold, I cannot find a report. When I wrote a query, some of the records were included, but most were not. All records look the same on closer inspection.
Does anyone have a better plan for recording tickets?
If you do a search there are probably a few differnt methods out there. I would suggest using Registration fees in the event module. If you don't have the event module you may want to look at using a gift attribute to put in the number of tickets and then export that field to excel or something that you can sum the field on.
