    Raiser's Edge 7 on SQL Server 2008

    Has anyone upgraded Raiser's Edge 7 to SQL Server 2008? Currently we are on SQL 2000 and I want to upgrade to SQL 2008. SQL Upgrade Advisor did not find any problems but I'm wondering about the Raiser's Edge side of things.

     Dave,

    Make sure to check out Blackbaud's System Requirements before updating to make sure your version of The Raiser's Edge is supported on SQL Server 2008.  Currently, only the latest version of the Raiser's Edge, version 7.91, is supported on SQL Server 2008. 

    Once you do make the switch to SQL 2008, make sure to review our Knowledgebase solution about preparing SQL Server 2008 for use with Blackbaud databases (BB541928).
