Does anyone use the Events Module to track tours, speaking engagements and booth-smithing opportunities that your staff do? We cannot use the Events Module for the types of events we have as most are coordinated by outside groups, but I'd like to see if we can use it to track the above.

In addition to that, I'd like to find some best practices for tracking and reporting on the numbers of these interactions completed. Does anybody have any info for me?
